Living trust questions
I already have a will. Can there still be probate?
Yes. The California Courts explain that an estate may need to go through probate even if there is a will.
Do I still own my home?
Yes. With a revocable living trust you keep control of your property while you’re alive and can change the trust.
What do I need to bring?
Your property deeds, a list of accounts, your beneficiaries’ names and who your successor will be. “Find your service” builds the list with you.
